• No pets allowed (for short stays; long stays by arrangement with the property)



• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment



• No groups of young people allowed (at least 21 years old)



• Standard check-in time: 15:00 to 18:00



• Check-in outside of hours is subject to an additional cash charge



• Upon arrival, a temporary block of €200 will be placed on your card as a security deposit. This amount will not be charged; it will only be held during your stay and will be released after check-out once the accommodation has been verified to be in good condition.
