Leeward Retreat is located on Harborside Road in River Dunes, an award-winning master-planned amenitized coastal community. River Dunes embraces the coastal boating lifestyle and is the quintessential spot for those who enjoy life on the water, spectacular water views, year-round boating and outdoor living.

Leeward Retreat boasts numerous custom features and elegant furnishings while offering the best of coastal living. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located on Marina Row and is walking distance to the Harbor Club, Yawls and Grace Harbor Marina. The first floor layout includes living room, dining table, kitchen, hall bath and laundry room. Kitchen features premium appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and beverage center. Counter seating is great to entertain while preparing meals. Kitchen has both a Keurig and an Espresso machine. The main bedroom, located on the first floor, is luxuriously decorated with king bed and private bath with large glass shower enclosure. Upstairs, the 2nd bedroom hosts a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. The front porches are a great place to enjoy that morning coffee or casual dining while overlooking the patio with wood fire pit and gas grill. Sorry, fireplace in living room is non-functioning and for decoration only. This homes does not provide a garage for parking or access.

Renters enjoy a Guest Membership at the River Dunes Harbor Club and have access to the community pool, clubhouse and outstanding Club Dining Room. The Harbor Village features Yawl's Café, Red Rickshaw (a home interior boutique), Wellness & Fitness Center, Spa, Steam and Saunas. The Provision Company in the Village has a variety of options for your stay. Come visit us in the sailing capitol of North Carolina for fishing, hunting or just all-around relaxation. Harbor Club Guest Fees are specific to each home.
