"Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer."

"This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

"Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. The view from our room was peaceful however the barbecue area was in direct view and there was always garbage piled up and was not pleasant to see. Overall great stay! "

"The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. "We had an incredible stay at the Hamptons! From the moment we arrived, our hosts Mark and Eunyoung made us feel completely at home — they were so fun, welcoming. The house itself was spotless — extremely clean and clearly well cared for, which made it all the more comfortable. And the pool… absolutely amazing! It was the perfect spot to relax and cool off, with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the sun. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!"

"Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. Nice central location for friends coming in from NJ, NH, MA and CT. Property was clean and well-kept, and a person shoveled the snow before we even got outside the next morning. Thanks again, Dan."
