In Spanish, conmigo means “with me”. It is our goal to help all our guests feel like they are staying with us, in our own homes through comfort, cleanliness, and connection to the local community. The Gathering Place is set in a beautiful, open residential area.
1. Smoking/Vaping
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if evidence of smoking or vaping is found.
2. Pet Policy
• Pet-friendly properties are clearly labeled as such in the listing description and/or images.
• At pet-friendly homes, pets are allowed with prior approval for $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to this fee, as they do not qualify as Service Animals under ADA.
• Service Animals are allowed at no additional cost at all properties, as required by ADA, provided accommodations remain reasonable.
• A $250 unauthorized pet fee will be assessed for animals brought without approval.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. A $10 per location fee will apply if exterior waste is left behind. Any indoor accidents or pet damage will result in additional professional cleaning or repair charges.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbors.
4. Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy is stated in the listing. If extra guests are allowed on couches, air mattresses, or pack-and-plays, they must still fall within the permitted total. Additional charges may apply for guests exceeding the reservation count.
5. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out are based on cleaning team availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. The standard fee is $15/hour. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50/hour fee.
6. Check-in/Check-out Times
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM MST
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM MST
7. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee
For stays longer than 15 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee will apply. This must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in.
8. Extended Stay Property Evaluation
For stays longer than 30 days, we may schedule a property walkthrough every 30 days for maintenance and condition evaluation.
9. Reservation Changes
To change your reservation dates or number of guests, submit a reservation alteration request. Rate adjustments may apply. All changes are subject to approval.
10. Pre-existing Damages
Guests have 2 hours after check-in to report pre-existing damage. After this period, guests accept the condition of the property and may be held responsible for any unreported damage found after departure.
11. Damage Responsibility
Guests agree to cover the cost of any property damage or missing items during their stay. Please report anything broken and leave damaged items on the kitchen counter at check-out.
12. Lost & Found
Items left behind will be held for 14 days. Shipping is available at the guest’s expense ($20 handling + shipping). After 14 days, items are considered abandoned.
13. Communication & Guest Services
Communication via the booking platform is monitored from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM MDT. Outside those hours, text or call us directly. Please have your reservation name, property name, and city ready.
14. Garbage Policy
All garbage must be bagged and placed in the designated bins. A $30 per-bin fee applies to unbagged trash.
15. Doors & Windows
Please close and lock all windows and doors before leaving the property.
16. Receiving Packages
Reach out prior to shipping items. The host is not responsible for packages. For stays over 15 days, alternate delivery arrangements may be required.
17. Pests
All homes are regularly serviced for pests. If an issue arises, guests must seek medical verification before professional pest assessment is arranged.
18. Furniture Movement
Moving furniture is not permitted. A $500 reset fee will apply if cleaners must reposition items.
19. Locked Out
• If locked out of a keyed door: Instructions for lockbox access will be provided.
• If locked out of a digital door: Guests are responsible for locksmith costs unless otherwise arranged. A $60 fee applies if our team is dispatched.
20. Tours & Property Access
No tours are available for stays under 15 days. Guests staying 30+ days may be required to sign a lease or allow maintenance personnel access with prior notice.
21. Cameras
Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing. No cameras are placed inside or aimed at interior spaces.
22. Maintenance During Stay
Light maintenance may occur during your stay. We’ll inform you in advance if a team member will access the property during business hours.
23. Household Supplies
Starter sets of consumables (paper products, soaps, detergents) are included. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.
24. Name on Reservation
Only the person who booked the reservation is permitted to stay unless explicitly approved in writing by the host.
