We liked the home, it was clean and comfortable. The only concern was the master bathtub. It had some fungus-like material coming out of the holes in it. The carpet was worn. But everything else was just fine. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We had a great family spring break in Orem in this property. Spacious with four bathrooms and plenty of closet space, a large master bathroom with tub, and close to many food and shops. Would recommend to others.

Overall the layout and space was great. Lots of room for us with plenty of bathrooms. Our main problem was the lack of cleanliness. Linens were stained and dirty with hairs in some of the beds. utensils and pots in the kitchen were filthy. There was no salt and pepper. And when we reached out for help they didnā€™t reply until the next day.

Our stay was so nice! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the owners were very responsive and check in and out was quick and easy! The location was perfect for what we had planned.

The location and layout are fantastic. The Carpet and couch are very dirty. They are approaching the useful end of life. At the very least a serious deep cleaning. Otherwise this would be 5 stars.

Beautiful unit with lots of space and in a great location. The attached garage was nice. Air conditioning stopped working in 95-100 degree heat on Sunday night and still isnā€™t working as we are getting ready to leave Tuesday noon. Was offered free 12:00 noon late check out for our inconvenience then my credit card was charged anyway. AC tech showed up at 10:00 Tuesday saying he was told no one would be here. Then got a call from the management company saying we were supposed to be out at 10:00 AM the normal time. Great unit, poor experience.

We had a family funeral in Provo and this townhouse was perfect! Clean, roomy, well supplied, comfortable, our 2 daughters and their families joined us and were thrilled with everything. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 grandkids. Location was so close to groceries, we just walked. Easy access to I15, everything in good shape

This rental was perfect for our family! We are a family of five so everyone had their own room and we loved being able to walk to the grocery store or for dinner. It was close to all we needed for our short stay. Communication was great and parking in the garage was so handy!

Very clean, spacious property in the ideal location to visit family! We were two adult couples, one sibgle adult child, and two teens, and there was plenty of space for everyone. With the added benefit of space to entertain local family members for the day! The kitchen is extremely well appointed with all the dishes and cooking utensils needed. Having a grocery store within walking distance is a huge plus! And the many little thoughtful touches, such as q-tips in the bathrooms and basic seasonings in the pantry, made our stay so comfortable and convenient.

We loved this place. Itā€™s even better in person. Accommodated our family of 6 very well while we were all in town for a wedding. 2 car garage was spacious. Beautiful area and pretty views from the upstairs balcony.

We were in Orem for a family wedding and had hoped to sleep 10 family members. The site said It accommodated 12. Luckily, one couple couldn't make it as it could never sleep 12. It can really only sleep 8. The bunk room had 2 queen bunks, that really is only good for kids. You are expecting adults to sleep on the top bunk. The downstairs closet doors were broken and laying up against the closet. The house had NO bath soap in any of the bathrooms, only shampoo and conditioner. The master TV didn't work, the drain in the master sink was broken, the house didn't feel very clean. There was hair on the walls of the downstairs shower walls. Frying pans in the kitchen are not really acceptable, as they are old and flaking badly. Chips were found under the cushions in the living room. The outside doors stick. The house needs a good cleaning of carpets, etc. and some maintenance work. The complimentary snacks were a joke. There were 3 small bags and we had said we were going to be a family of 10. All in all, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Access to main roads and freeways is convenient. The house has 4 nice bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Instructions were clear and the host was quick to respond. Neighborhood was safe and pretty quiet. Weā€™d stay here again for sure!
