We are currently dealing with the Covid-19 coronovirus. Having a background in the medical field, I have decided that in order to deal with this pathogen, I must eliminate the possibility of it harming anyone that is staying here. Soon I will on a regular basis be sterilizing the home (same system as used by hospitals) with a germicidal UV-C light that will kill Covid-19 and flu viruses which will greatly enhance the safety of staying here. If you enjoy sitting in front of a warm fireplace on a cold winter day, or watching a winter storm from your favorite restaurant, or if you just want to get away from the City for a while - we are offering a special rate of $2984.00 for 31 day rentals. Rentals must be for 31 nights, pre-paid in full by credit card including $250 refundable damage deposit plus VRBO fees, and a $160.00 cleaning fee. Rental may be shared among family members when disclosed during reservation request, with names and dates of changeover from one group to the next.

Two story home in serene and quiet location. The deck has a hot tub and is surrounded by old growth firs and rhododendrons with many other colorful flowering plants and bushes. Several varieties of birds with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and sounds of breaking waves is extremely relaxing and private. Early morning visits by three deer at the front of the house is my personal highlight. A gradual slope of about 2 1/2 blocks is an easy walk to the beach, yet is uniquely out of the tsunami zone.
The house is currently divided into an unfinished 1st floor (1164 sq ft), with the completely remodeled 2nd floor (1468 sq ft) being the primary rental. The 2nd floor has been completely remodeled with new floors, windows, and doors. The new kitchen cabinets are finished with a beautiful blue tone granite counter top. New refrigerator, stove, sink, and all cooking utensils. All new furniture in the open floor plan with a dining table and light fixture leads to the living room with a new couch, game table, 50" TV with DVD player, and new fireplace gas insert. There are three bedrooms with new queen beds and side stands/lamps accented with full mirrored closet doors and new blinds. The master bedroom also has its own bathroom and small TV. The first floor has garage parking in addition to the spaces in the front. There is a second living room with a new couch, small fridge, and microwave with a new TV and DVD player. This area can be devoted to the kids as "their own space". An adjoining room has a ping pong table and dart board, this shared space also contains the washer, dryer, and deep sink. There is a fourth bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, nightstands, and lamps. This room also contains the access to an enclosed area for your pet (please review the rules for your pets if applicable).
