House for 8 persons: approx. 250 m2 on two floors, modernly furnished. On the ground floor there is an open-space living/dining area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the large, covered terrace overlooking the pool. The ground floor also offers a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, TV, access to the terrace and private bathroom with shower, as well as an additional bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with bathtub and shower. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and TV and has access to a large, shared balcony (approx. 120 m2). This balcony offers both a view of the sea and the surrounding area. For added comfort and leisure, the first floor features a sauna, and a room with fitness equipment, TV and PlayStation. Additionally, guests can enjoy a jacuzzi and a table tennis setup on the balcony.


Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
