On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and air conditioning, a comfortable living room with air conditioning and access to the large terrace overlooking the pool, a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a separate WC. On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with air conditioning and a TV. One of the bedrooms comprises a spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view, while another has a small balcony. This floor also includes one bathroom with a shower, as well as two additional bathrooms with bathtubs. Additionally, there is a room with fitness equipment, a TV, a PlayStation, and air conditioning.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. In the garden, a trampoline, foosball, darts, table tennis, a slide and a swing offer plenty of entertainment, while the sauna and whirlpool provide pure relaxation. Private parking is available for 4 cars within the fenced property. From your hosts you can buy products such as olive oil, wine and brandy on request.


Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
