"The Thomas Guard house is a very special place! The setting is spectacular, with waterfall and jungle views from multiple lanais. Great patio and was able to hang out in July with no bugs!Conveniently located less than 45 mins from Hilo and South Island activities like Punalu’u (the best black beach). "Lehua looked great in the add and was far better in person. We loved our stay-and seriously considered asking if we could stay longer. “LLC” had everything we needed and more-we were able to cook all our meals in a delightfully comfortable setting. "May be one of the best places I’ve stayed at. I was able to relax, and feel at peace. The cottage was comfortable, clean and had a well set up kitchen, three lanai and lovely decor. The beauty of the surroundings was wonderful; trees, plants, ocean, and our own good luck gecko:). The owners were kind and respectful of our time there.
