Torre Rivellina is a characteristic three-story ancient watch tower built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Torre Rivellina you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. Torre Rivellina is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, two private patios, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 28 km (17.4 miles) from Orbetello, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 6.5 km (roughly 4 miles) and the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Torre Rivellina from the parking area going up approximately six stairway steps.
To stay at Torre Rivellina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three or four (depending on size) cars. Please note that access to Torre Rivellina is along a 5.5-kilometer (3.4 miles) unpaved road.
Torre Rivellina is tended by a caretaker, who resides in a room on the ground floor.

Torre Rivellina is an ancient watchtower built in the 15th century located within the splendid Maremma Regional Park.


As guests of Torre Rivellina you will be able to rent boats or ask for a private chef (upon request and for a fee).
Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a rocky beach. You will reach it from the tower going down a route that includes approximately 50 stairway steps. The area is equipped with sun loungers.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline.
Ground FloorPatio 1
The first patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a masonry bench and with a table and chairs.
Patio 2
The second patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. On the patio you will find a portable barbecue.
Dining Room
The dining room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will also find a satellite television (local channels). There is a big and age-old fireplace. From the dining room you will be able to enter a terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, and a small balcony through two French doors. The room also has a high window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate three guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The room also has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include three bedroom chairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The terrace is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and of the coastline.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room also has two windows.
