Hi Kelly. I’m sorry you had these issues. You are a first to complain for door knobs and appliances that are perfectly fine. Our on-site management team was there for you 7 days a week. We take all comment’s seriously and always try to please our guests. Everyone who stays in my unit and at LeVent are always so happy with the full vacation experience.
