Children under the age of 13 may not be left unattended in the spa or in the game room.

My home in the city of Orange is centrally located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, and is 3 minutes to Chapman University, and downtown orange with great shops and restaurants.
My home is also about 10 minutes to Disneyland.
Also about 10 minutes to Anaheim stadium, and the Anaheim pond.
You can jump on the 55 freeway and be in Newport Beach in about 15 or 20 minutes.

Guests may enjoy the house, the courtyard with gas barbecue, the backyard with a relaxing spa, Patio tables and chairs, outdoor recliners, and synthetic grass lawn. Also for your enjoyment is a Commercial Arcade Game room with amazing fun games for the individual or up to 4 players at a time.

There is no smoking or vaping in the house.
There are no pets allowed out of respect for other future guests who may have allergies.

There is ABSOLUTELY no food, drink, smoking or vaping allowed in the game room which is open from 8:30 am until 10:30 pm and is monitored 24/7.

There is no parking on the front lawn! Plenty of parking in the driveway and adjacent to the sidewalk.
There are no parties or gatherings allowed out of respect for the peaceful residential neighborhood and neighbors.
There is a maximum of 12 guests allowed.
