Do you want an affordable Gulf front vacation with great amenities at low prices? Our Condo is for you! Recently update with New stove, Washer Dryer, and Polywood Patio Furniture! Decorated with tasteful nautical decor throughout, our oceanfront corner unit has panoramic views of the beach and Gulf. There is NOTHING between you and the water... Dig your toes into the sugar white sand and relax, or play in the pool! (Heated Nov-March) This is nicer and more affordable than a hotel!

The corner unit has three extra windows so you have a 180 degree view of the beach and Gulf, from the comfort of your sofa. (Once you step into a corner unit, you won't be able to go back to an interior one! And don't be fooled, only corner units on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors have extra windows...) You can also sit on the private balcony and watch for a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the waves.

Perfect for families and affordable for couples, this one bedroom unit is loaded with extras to make your stay enjoyable. My husband and I have two children so we know how to make a place 'kid friendly'. We have put a lot of thought into setting up the Condo and have two TV's, DVD players, stereo, dvd library, board games, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys there for you to use. Of course there is also a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer if you need them!

The layout is great for kids. There is a bunk area and dresser in the hallway (kids love the bunks!) that can be totally shut off from the rest of the unit. There is a door to the private bedroom with a king bed, and a pocket door between the bunk area and living area. Why pay for a two bedroom place, when all you really want is a place where you can put the kids to bed and close a door?!

Emerald Skye is a low density building (only 36 units) so the beach in front doesn't get jam-packed like it does in front of some of those giant high-rises. There is an elevator, covered picnic area, and an outdoor heated pool. Extra storage lockers on the ground floor give you a place to stash sand-covered stuff on your way to and from the beach. Our locker is fully stocked for you!

If you aren't familiar with Orange Beach, it is an awesome location. We have a little library of guidebooks and area information in the Condo for you to use. You can golf, shop, parasail, bike and hike in the state park, eat at great restaurants, go to the Blue Angel Museum or the Battleship (getting tired yet?) or you can hang out on the beach all day, and have pizza delivered in at night. The choice is yours!
