  • Bem-vindo ao Romar House na bela Orange Beach, Alabama! Aqui você encontrará um complexo fechado exclusivo que está em uma localização incrível e perto de todas as grandes atrações que Gulf Shores e Orange Beach têm a oferecer.

    Dentro, você encontrará uma planta espaçosa com três quartos amplos, uma bela varanda com vista para o Golfo do México e muitos lugares sentados e restaurantes para toda a família. Estamos ansiosos para vê-lo em breve!

    Todas as reservas feitas antes de 1º de outubro para a temporada de inverno (janeiro e fevereiro) exigem um mínimo de 60 dias (dois meses). Perfect location to everything! Clean, fun and gorgeous balcony views. The furniture needs updated but it still looks very nice. Excellent pools and sunning areas. We plan to return

The coffee table was broken, a cabinet was broken, the floors were so nasty that our feet were sticky and black and we had to wear shoes inside. There was mold issues. We were very disappointed to get this kind of property considering the pictures look good. I would not stay here again.

We loved being on beach side and also having our dog with us. There were a list of things wrong with the place:1) apparently someone before us had broken a glass. Our puppy was chewing on something and we realized it was a piece of broken glass. We immediately got it out of her mouth but it could have been a serious situation. 2) coffee table leg was broken 3) Extra blanket had huge stain on it, I washed it and it did come clean4) some electrical outlets didn’t work 5) Stove was either red hot it not much heat at all6)Closet doors in two rooms were off track and wouldn’t close.

Great time had by all!

We had an amazing time at our stay at Romar House in OB! The unit was more spacious than others 8 have visited, well stocked with all essentials, beautiful view, and comfortable beds. We had so much fun and will definitely go back again and request this unit.

4th of July vacay

We enjoyed the pet friendly condo and pet grounds. The pool is great,being shaded a lot and the covered island for sitting. The other pool/lap pool is never crowded. We will stay there again.

Awesome condo

This property has incredible views of the beach. It is also pet friendly with a clean place to let our dog go potty. The condo was clean and renovated for the most part. We have already booked our vacation for this property next year. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation

The property itself was wonderful and I’d actually love to stay again in the same condo! My only comment would be that the condo itself is showing its age. Some things are broken and old looking. But it’s a great area with a beautiful view and a wonderful space for a large family!

Location is great. The condo is very spacious. The rooms are very nicely sized. The two additional rooms have sinks in them, which is nice and they share a full bathroom. The master is very big and it also has two sinks with one of the sinks being separate from the area that has the shower, toilet and additional sink. The condo itself is in desperate need of updating. The cleanliness of the unit wasn’t that great, but it was not by any means filthy. We did have to wash the dishes as we used them out out of the cabinets because when we arrived, the dishwasher did not work, but the dishes had been unloaded from it and put away dirty in the cabinets. We reported it immediately and we’re given the go ahead to throw the breaker on the dishwasher to see if it cleared the error which it did and we were able to use the dishwasher successfully for the rest of our trip. A little Tilex spray would go along way in getting rid of the moldy grout in the showers. Several of the doors need to be replaced and the metal on the sliding closet doors is rusted so several of them are not usable. Again, given a little bit of TLC this place would be phenomenal.

The property is very nice. The unit 903a was also nice. I would recommend that the floor be power washed. Our feet were black just walking across it. Although functional, it can use some TLC- doors where the wood is split at the bottom - and updating especially the bathrooms.

Clean and spacious.

Nice place, quick elevators, ample parking, 2 parking passes (no extra charge). Only wish there was a public/condo barbeque pit. Would definitely stay again. Water was not as pretty as Panama City Beach FL.

First time at Romar House Condos, Orange Beach

Condo was just like the photos. on VRBO. Very convenient location for us (since we go to restaurants faithfully from Perdido Key to Gulf Shores). Beautiful beach, and just steps from the condo buildings. First time we have seen Romar House condos. Haven't had them pop up before on VRBO as pet friendly.

Needing TLC

Location superseded any complaints. The unit is overall very spacious and great for a family. Updated floors and kitchen surfaces are nice. However, the bathrooms are old, small and need updating. Mildew in master shower and what appears to be painted over mold or mildew in both bathrooms (ceilings). I’ll stay elsewhere next time simply for the bathrooms.

Great area..beautiful beach...beaches are not pet friendly :(

it was very spacious and the beach is beautiful. enjoyed being able to walk across to the Live Bait restaurant, that has kareoke. The Gulf restaurant just a short drive down the road was our favorite place to eat, and was pet friendly. The only reason i gave 4 stars overall, is because i was not aware that the beach isnt pet friendly, even though the condo was. that should be stated somewhere in the property/area info before booking. Would stay again, if we didnt have a pet with us, as the beach is beautiful.

great location, beach front, gated development

The property is nice with some updates, some areas need updating, and could use more items such as blender, kitchen supplies (pans to cook, sheet pans), and nice it is dog friendly but dog run is very far from the unit. You only get 1 parking pass and must pay $50 for second car. Nice location in the middle of Orange Beach, nice pool, nice beach front.

The building itself was nice but the guest bathroom in the condo had mold all in it and the carpet was absolutely fifthy I know pets stay there but they should clean it occasionally I would never stay there again

Our visit

It is pretty outdated and bathrooms need some repairs on ceilings and doors are all beat up on the bottom. Kitchen needs more supplies...blender etc

Dated and worn

The condo was average, at best. The floors were filthy and looked like they haven’t been mopped in months. The furnishings need to be replaced as they have had lots of wear.

Beautiful condo and windows with an amazing view

My family stayed here during the week of Christmas. The condo was described correctly. Tall ceilings, huge windows with the view of ocean. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star, was because the master shower was dirty and the tv was to hard to figure out and there were no hangers in closet. And only 6 glasses. I would stay there again and would highly recommend. Thanks, McGee
