The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely spectacular.

The living area has cardinal red custom black out drapes, dark wood furniture, and colorful artwork. Cozy seating on a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and recliner give you an ideal place to relax, with a 51 inch flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system.

Your gourmet kitchen is a beauty, with black appliances and plenty of cooking equipment for preparing meals. There are two chairs at the breakfast counter and six chairs at a pub-style dining table.

The colorful master bedroom has a king-size dark wood sleigh bed with cardinal red custom drapes, balcony access, 42 inch flat screen television, and a bathroom with an extended granite countertop and combination bathtub and shower.
The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, bathroom with granite countertop and combination bathtub and
shower, wall mounted flat screen television, and DVD player. The bedding has pretty patterns which coordinate beautifully with the wood furniture, curtains, and artwork. New tile that looks like hardwood floors will make you feel at home. You will love this condo.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
