Thank you for considering our condo. We know what it’s like to plan a trip hundreds of miles from your home, so we want your stay to be hassle-free. You want a super nice, clean condo at a fair price in a great spot. We are ¼ mile from the Alabama-Florida line with dozens of great restaurants, grocery store, and lots of shopping only minutes away. We leave enough supplies to get you going so you don’t have to rush to the grocery store. This unit was previously used as a vacation home and not available for rental. It doesn’t have the wear and tear that some units have. Regency isle is one of the newer condos at Orange Beach, with good administration and security. We have many amenities to offer including indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool, grilling area, exercise room, and community room. You can view the beautiful white sand and deep blue water of the gulf from almost anywhere in our unit. We like nice things so we haven’t spared any expense furnishing out unit. We have comfortable furniture, Netflix, DVD’s on all the flat screen TV’s and we add little extras like keyless entry, Kurig coffee maker, handheld showers, and plush, fluffy, oversize bath towels. Our balcony is a deep 330 sq ft with bar height table and chairs along with separate lounge chairs. This is a great place to hang out. You will sleep well in our 2 gorgeous king beds and if needed, a sleeper sofa is available in the living area. Our beach is not over crowded and we are conveniently located on the 5th floor so you can have a close view of the beach from our balcony.
