Quick Beach Getaway

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the elevator went down on the second day. Easy check in process. Convenient to shipping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend mom and daughter trip

We had a total of 6 of us. The condo was perfect. great view and location. Beach access was great and a beautiful pool.

The view from this unit is amazing. It is well maintained, well stocked, clean and comfortable. I will stay here anytime that it is available when I am In this area.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. All three bedrooms had comfy beds. The entire condo was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for anywhere you wanted to go. The ocean view was so nice. You step off the property and you were on the beautiful beach. I would stay here again for sure. Check in is a little different but nothing terrible.

Beautiful sunny beaches!

Beautiful condo! Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds! We would have given it a 5 star rating, but it was just unfortunate that corridor construction was going on and the indoor pool was closed due to pool repair. The very friendly Coastal Property staff was fair in making it right though.

Comfortable beach condo

The condo was very comfortable, clean, with a lovely view. Had plenty of cookware to meet our cooking needs. Minor complaints. They did not provide any additional toilet paper or trash bags, other than the one in the trash can. We had to go buy toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and coffee filters. Those minor things were and inconvenience. Additionally we had to check in at another condo a mile up the road, which in itself wasn’t a big deal, but since we were arriving after hours (7pm) we had to get a form out of a lock box, with the door code on it and then return the next day to just show our DL and return a signed form. Would have been more convenient to leave signed form in the lock box and send a picture of our DL. But it specified not to leave the form in the lock box and that we must return in the morning. But otherwise, the stay was wonderful. There was some construction from 8a-5p on the week days. Sounded like a jack hammer all day. If we had small children that needed to nap, could have been a problem. We just took our naps at the pool and beach! I would recommend this condo and would stay again now that we know we need to bring extra items with us.

Roomy condo with a view

It was a very nice week vacation with the family. View is awesome looking right out at the beach and water. Beach was very nice and tons of shells for the kids to search through. Only complaint is there was unexpected construction on the building but that's not anything you can really plan for.

Don’t recommend this property

Owners did not communicate once, never told us about check in process & that you have to go to another location to get the keys to the condo. Upon arrival master bedroom toilet was leaking, maintenance took 6 hours to arrive and we were told just turn the water off until tomorrow when he can see if they had the supplies to fix it. Air conditioning was out for the first 2 days. Door key half worked you had to fight with it for a good minute to get it to unlock. Front desk where you had to get the keys (not the seaside front desk) was very rude, every time you had to speak with her. The twin beds sheets had stains on them. The pictures do not show just how close you are to the neighboring balcony literally could touch the people The security of the place was very nice & helpful though The beach view was good! I do not recommend this unit. Stayed July 2022

Shirt vacay

Keys to door hardly worked without some jiggling and there is a charge to ask them to help for entry. Room was clean and spacious. Pictures do not show how close the balcony is to the neighbors. Very little privacy. Access to beach was the best! Would stay again. Construction trucks were at it at 7 am and we’re annoying.

Cozy condo

Condo is finishing up renovations from the hurricanes that hit in 2020, so there is a little bit of noise during the day but not awful. The view is amazing, a short walk to the beach and you see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Overall the condo was quite comfortable, could have used a good dusting.

Seaside 5915

Overall we had a great stay. Great access to the beach and pool. The room was as listed. The entire property needs some work. There is construction going on, the tennis courts were not available for use or the indoor pool. One elevator did not work but we found another to use. There are no bathrooms for use by the pool/beach which makes it hard when you have little ones that are potty training. The property needs to be updated. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Great Views

Very good beach location with great views from the balcony. Size of the rooms was very good, kitchen well stocked and comfy beds. Not as clean upon check-in as we would have liked, but not terrible either. Bath mats worn down, towels very thin. Overall would stay here again and enjoyed our stay!
