It features a convenient covered parking space #57, included in your reservation. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a wood headboard, a matched set of two-drawer nightstands, a dresser and a chest of drawers that holds an LED flat-screen television and a Blue-Ray DVD. In the bathroom, there is a new vanity and a tub/shower combination. In the kitchen are white appliances and everything you would need if you are in the mood for cooking. The kitchen cabinets, granite counter top, over-the-stove microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator are all new. At the front of the breakfast bar are two backless, wood bench-style stools and the dining area has a bar-height rectangular black and brown table with four matching chairs. Living area items include a sea green suede couch and oversized armchair, a light wood armchair with tropical palm tree fabric cushions, two white wood end tables and a coffee table, and a wood side table that holds an LED flat-screen television and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Curling up with your squeeze in the oversized chair is tough to beat. In addition to the above, there is a new dryer and a newer washer to make your stay even more pleasant and worry free.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
