Phoenix East II - 8th Floor - 3 Bedroom

This beautifully furnished three bedroom and two bathroom getaway has a unique wrap-around balcony which increases your views of the beach and the water. There are brand new beds and new carpet throughout the unit. Your living area provides plenty of seating opportunities where you can socialize with each other, and take advantage of a flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen has all of the appliances and culinary implements needed for preparing meals. Seating options for sharing meals include three stools at the breakfast bar, six chairs at a lovely wood dining table, four more chairs at a table on the balcony, as well as two chairs and a bistro table on the private balcony off the master bedroom suite. The master suite provides a king-size bed, leather chairs, a flat screen television, and a bathroom with a sink, vanity, and a combination bathtub and shower. Your first guest bedroom offers two full-size beds and a flat screen television, and the other guest room has a queen-size bed, a flat screen television, and a bathroom very similar to the one in the master suite.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
