This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 9th floor and has striking views of the beach and Gulf from your large private balcony.

The master suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, DVR, balcony access, and a private bath with a walk-in tile shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Full beds. Both guest rooms have a flat-screen TV.

This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, wood floors in the living and dining area, free Wi-Fi access, and a 58-inch flat-screen Smart TV in the living room. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing for the unit to accommodate up to 10 people.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Pelican Pointe is located 5.5 miles East of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. This property features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, boardwalk, and indoor hot tub.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking pass by calling our office before arrival. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking is managed by the HOA for each complex and may change without advance notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
