The Primary suite, a haven of tranquility, features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, DVR for your entertainment needs, and balcony access to enjoy the stunning views. The suiteā€™s private bathroom includes a modern, walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting with a Queen bed, and the third bedroom is equally comfortable with 2 Full beds. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The heart of this condo is its fully equipped kitchen, showcasing granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for crafting your favorite meals. The full-sized washer and dryer add to the convenience of your stay. The living and dining area is adorned with elegant wooden floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham ā€“ every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Everything was great except we had 2 refrigerators in the unit and when we got there neither one was cold. Took several days to get cold. The extra fridge stayed in the dining room and never did work properly and was just in the way for using the dining room table. We thought when they came to look at the fridge in the kitchen that they would take the other one out of the unit but they did not. Also, the picture of the unit shows a regular coffee pot and a Keurig but only the regular coffee pot was in the unit. Overall it was a great vacation with family and friends!!

Well furnished and beautiful. Only issue was the sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Looked like a prior guest had a nose bleed and the sheets were not changed.

Fantastic location and cute condo!

We love Orange Beach and this condo fit all our needs. Plenty of space and seating, beautiful views from the balcony, and itā€™s so close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing we would have preferred to be a little better was that many of the outlets were not working. It made it hard to find a place to charge all the devices. And the bedrooms could be upgraded to smart TVs, as we would prefer to login to all our streaming services rather than watch the few cable stations available.Neither of these were major and still give them 5 stars.

Cute and comfy!

This condo was a little smaller than we are used to but just as comfortable! We had a smaller group this year so it was expected. Everything was clean and all the furniture was comfortable! The only bad thing I can say is that I thought the gym wouldā€™ve been better equipped but other than that everything else was great!

Annual October friends trip.

Some friends used to own #403 and was excited to be able to rent it still, not #905. The condo is fantastic. Had a few issues with Liquid Lufe but not bad. Only negative is on top of what you pay to rent the condo, $55 per parking spot is steep.

Condo and property was great. Condo could have used a better cleaning prior to arrival. All dishes in cabinet needed to be washed before using because you could feel and see grit on them. There was mold on guest shower contain and it needs to be replaced. One cabinet door is broken that has the pots in it. Other than this it was a great stay. Easy checkin- Condo ready on time and beach not too crowded. Location was great!

It was ok but needs some tlc.

The floors were disgusting. The kids feet were black within 5 minutes. The master had no remote. I texted the management team and never did get a response. Garbage disposal sounded bad. It finally went out the last night. The dining room table lights have a mind of there own. Sometimes they work sometimes not. One of the the chair legs was broken by the tv. Otherwise, Pelican Point was nice. Easy beach access and loved how you werenā€™t forced to rent umbrellas. Parking was easy.

Nice condo, horrible check-in.

Loved the condo itself, but not being able to check in until 2 hours past the stated time after driving 4 hours with 2 car loads of kids and having to sit in the car and wait for 2 hours was absurd. I get that people are short-staffed, but donā€™t put check-in time if you canā€™t meet this and we are paying to be there. Then had cold groceries and couldnā€™t even put them in the refrigerator/freezer. Also, didnā€™t have sheets for the sofa bed and by the time we noticed (bc check-In was late) was told everyone was gone for the day. Maintenance did bring some at 11pm, but kids were asleep by then. Also, only 8 towels and 4 washcloths for a place that sleeps so many people was hard to deal with.

The condo at Orange Beach was fantastic. HOWEVER, THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT put us in the wrong condo and would do nothing about it. The staff were helpful while planning the trip but when we got there, they had us in the wrong condo. I called and they were so rude, at one point I was hung up on and got no apology, no nothing. We were a bed short due to their incompetence and had to double up in beds. We were there from Atlanta so going home was not a good option. We made the best of it and would stay there over and over again but will not work with Liquidlife property company EVER AGAIN

Pelican Point 905 was a very nice condo. It was decorated tastefully and was very clean. There were 4 of us staying there and not enough towels and washcloths to last more than 1 day before having to do laundry. When we asked for more we were told they had a nationwide shortage and they could not provide us anymore. We ended up going and buying some ourselves. The tub in the 2nd bathroom also didnā€™t drain very well, but we made the best of it!

Condo was misrepresented

The first issue upon arrival was that there was no Handsoap in the bathrooms. I responded to a text check in from guest services and let them know there was no Handsoap. Their response was that they are not providing hand soap at this time. Fine. It would have been nice to know this before we checked in, we have 4 young children and the only soap was a tiny bottle of Palmolive. The bigger issue is that there was major disruptive construction going on 2 stories above us and beyond. We entered the unit at 3:00 p.m. and noticed the construction workers and obviously the noise. We put all of our belongings in the condo and quickly went down to enjoy the beach. The kids were so excited! We came back to the condo after 5:00 p.m. and it was quiet. The next morning, at 8:00 a.m., the drilling, sanding and hammering began. It was incredibly loud. It sounded as though they were right above our heads. It was so loud, that sometimes we had to repeat ourselves in the course of normal conversation. The dining table was 15 feet or so from the television, and you could not even hear the T.V. at a reasonable level. I recorded a video and sent it to guest services to inform them of how loud snd unbearable the noise was. It was constant. The workers would break from noon until 1:00, and then it would start right back up and persist until 5:00. After reaching out to guest services, their response was "So sorry, we just found out about the construction this morning ". We'll, I encountered a woman in the elevator our first day there and she brought up the noise. She said it had been going on since last week! So, I find it hard to believe they didn't know. And if they didn't know, they should that us just pure incompetence. I asked guest services if I could speak to the owner of the condo. I booked our vacation through VRBO, I have used them several times over the years, and always had a good experience. I liked that it was such a personal experience. Usually, the owners of the property we rent through VRBO give us their personal phone numbers they check in on us to make sure everything is perfect. Guest services told me they were not allowed to give out the owners information. I could not understand this! I booked through the VRBO website. Apparently, at some point in the booking process, I was redirected to " Liquid Life ", who manages over 300 properties in Orange Beach Alabama. I had no idea this was the case. Liquid Life made no effort to help me.

Great condoā€¦. But

Condo was great, so was the property management company. My only complaint was the HOA rules at this property. They donā€™t allow any smoking. You have to walk far off the property to do so. They also are only allowing 1 car per condo. We didnā€™t know this till after we booked. It was a major inconvenience to park our other 2 cars at overflow parking and pay additional money. They also only allow 5 loungers and 5 chairs to be rented. So you better get there early, or make sure you bring your own!
