The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and a regular drip coffee maker, with dining for four plus additional seating for two at the bar. The expansive balcony also offers outdoor dining for four, perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.

Other Things to Note:

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.



AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.



*A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. One is included in your booking but a second pass must be purchased ($50) at check-in, if needed. Trailers are not allowed on the property.
