The Space:
Grand Caribbean 201 in Orange Beach is a 1 bedroom/1 bath (with twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway) condo, elegantly appointed and decorated in a clean, coastal style. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a smart tv for streaming all of your favorite shows and movies. The living area features a couch, accent chair, large smart tv, and balcony access. Taking advantage of the built-in hallway bunks and sleeper-sofa, we can accommodate 6 guests, but we feel up to 4 is considered comfortable for the 651 square foot space. The kitchen features quarts stone counters, a Keurig coffee maker, and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Other great features include a south-facing balcony with views of the beach & gulf, a washer & dryer, wifi, and one covered, assigned parking space (you must still register vehicle and pay for parking upon arrival).

You must purchase parking pass upon arrival to the complex separate from reservation. $50 each with max of 2.

The beach is just a short walk across the street with a dedicated pedestrian light at the crosswalk, or a short drive to the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access.

Complex features: easy beach access, pool, gazebo, gym, elevator, BBQ area, covered entry on the first level perfect for loading/ unloading, and walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Guest Access:
Public beach access by either walking at the crosswalk or driving across the street. Public boat launch directly behind the condo.

You have shared access to:
- Outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with chairs
- Common area with 3 outdoor TV's
- Workout gym (must be 18)
- Charcoal grills with picnic table area

Amenities at Grand Caribbean include: an outdoor pool, expansive sundeck, gazebo, fitness room, and BBQ grilling area. The complex is centrally located to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer. Easy beach access across the street at the Orange Beach state park beach (5-min walk).

The Neighborhood:
Grand Caribbean is located in Orange Beach, AL directly across the street from the beach and the area’s hottest new dining destination, Coastal, with the Orange Beach state park public beach just steps away (5-minute walk), easily accessible at the traffic light. The complex sits adjacent to the Orange Beach Public Boat launch on Cotton Bayou and allows for boat trailer parking during the off-season. With its convenient location, you can walk to Publix, Walgreens, liquor store, many restaurants, and numerous shopping options. Grand Caribbean is closest beach-oriented complex to the Orange Beach Sportsplex (4 miles) and The Wharf, making it the ideal place to stay while in town for the ballgames. Beach, boating, hiking, shopping, and dining all just steps from this bright and spacious condo.
