This peaceful, gated community is in walking distance to the beach, but away from the crowds, traffic, and noise! The 2 story, open floor plan is perfect for your family beach getaway.

The beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are located directly across the street, with deeded beach access, designated specifically for Mariner Lakes guests. Plus, for some fun away from the sand, a shared outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, gazebo and fishing pond are all available for guest use.

Parking:
Parking notes: One parking pass is included in your reservation and it will be waiting for you in the unit upon your arrival. Please fill out all information on your parking pass and display it in your vehicle to avoid your vehicle being ticketed, towed, and/or booted. Please note that there is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit. If you need to purchase a 2nd parking please please notify us prior to your arrival. Parking passes are $40, plus tax each.
No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, or motor homes are allowed on the property, such vehicles will be towed.

An additional parking pass must be purchased prior to your arrival. Parking passes are $40, plus tax each.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
