Kick back and enjoy the warm sun & salty breeze at our beachfront condo. This 2 bed/2 bath condo has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation, and the complex is very family friendly. We aren't a high-rise building and we have less than 200 units, so our beach doesn't get as crowded as other areas! Secured parking with overnight guard for peace of mind.

When you need a break from the beach, walk over to the Hugh S. Branyon backcountry trail at Gulf State Park. Enjoy pristine nature surroundings on the walking & biking trail, rent a kayak or paddleboard for the lake, go zip lining, or do a little fishing on the pier. Or head just down the road to Adventure Island for arcade games, mini golf, go karts, laser tag, bumper boats, and more!

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise on the sun deck, just steps from our unit. Or sit outside in the evening with a cocktail while the sun sets over the beach. It's hard NOT to relax here!

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire condominium, as well as 4 pools, tennis court, outdoor grills, gazebo, picnic tables, Sugar Shack snack/beverage bar, outdoor shower, and beach.

Other Things to Note
*Must pay for $35 parking pass per car in cash upon arrival* Parking pass lasts the entire stay and there is a security guard!

No pets allowed in complex
* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. No early check-in during high season.
* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM.

Please not that there is construction going on next door, on the far side of the building from our unit. They shut down early every day and have never bothered us a bit, but we like to warn people :)
