Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a complex located on the lovely beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama. Unit 2101 is a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the ground floor of one of the Tennis Villas. The unit sleeps four (4) using the queen sofa bed. It is located across from the two Tennis Courts. Although this unit does not have a beach view you can still hear and smell the gulf surf and the gulf breezes. This unit is well furnished with all the essential needs for a wonderful time at the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. All bath towels and linens are provided. Guests must bring their own beach towels. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach during the late Spring and Summer months.
*All kitchen, laundry, and bathroom products are the responsibility of the guest.
*Parking fee is $50 per vehicle for up to one month. There is a one car limit for this unit from Memorial Weekend though Labor Day. If your stay is longer than one month, a second pass must be purchased. Pass is purchased at the Guard Shack as you enter the complex by Credit or Debit Card only.
*NO EARLY ENTRIES. Check-in is at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
*This is a non-smoking complex and a non-smoking unit, and a pet free unit.
*There are security cameras throughout the property including at the pools.
*First Responders with proof of identity get one free parking certificate. Reservation must be in First Responders name. No exceptions.
