!!!Please note that a complex painting project will begin in mid-late August, with the Gulf Side of the building scheduled to be painted beginning September 15th, 2025. While occupancy is still permitted after September 15th, it should be noted there will be sky climbers moving up and down past the balcony on occasion & a couple of days where the balcony will be inaccessible. There could also be some noise from power washing equipment. Project is expected to end the first week of November!!!!

This Gulf-front 1-bedroom, 1-bath Phoenix East II condo sleeps six. Flat Screen Smart TV in the Living Room & a Second Flat Screen Smart TV located in the Bedroom for access to your streaming services or cable shows.

Please Note: The Homeowners Association requires purchase of a parking pass through a third-party vendor. This is in addition to quoted fees and is due directly to HOA before arrival (Approximately $55 after tax and convenience fee beginning January 2025).
