If you are still looking for a place this winter, this unit hosted by Coastal Properites, LLC is available for January 2026. This 6th floor unit is nicely decorated with a contemporary flare. You will enjoy the nIce walk in shower and the half bath is an added bonus. The living room features a sofa sleeper and reclining chair. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. You will enjoy the amazing views from the gulf front balcony which is located off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Relaxing stay

The check-in process was easy. There is a number pad on the door so you never have to worry about a key card while there. The location was awesome! The beach is wide and flat with easy access.

Good but not excellent

We booked because of a lot of 10/10 reviews. It was not that. Distance to beach was great. Location was good. Bed and shower were good too. But table was awful. Draft coming under the door howled for 2 days. Kitchen was tiny. We just ate out. I would probably not stay in that condo again. Balcony was nice and so was storm door. But overall we’ve stayed at better places for the same cost. If it’s just 2 of you and you like basic. Book it. If you want more than basic. Keep looking.

First time to Orange Beach

The unit was small but fine. Balcony was great, property was very quiet, bed was comfy, Walmart directly across the street was so convenient, check-in was easy, and being a smaller property made the elevator access immediate without waiting in lines, which was great. Prefer property with security, more than 2 towels would have been nice, a vacuum cleaner in-unit would be awesome, silverware could include a few more forks. We did enjoy our stay, but will select a different property on next trip to be able to see sunrise and sunset from balcony. Huge condos on both sides blocked our view. Thanks for sharing your condo.

Great Condo and Location

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and was located on the beach. The view from our balcony was beautiful. I would recommend this condo to others.

Fun get-a-way

Great location! Beach view, balcony, king sized bed, 2 bathrooms and room enough for 2 people. Right across from Walmart and several other stores for shopping and eateries.

As advertised and just what I hoped for!

The condo was exactly like it was advertised, it was very clean, it had everything I needed for my week long stay and the location was perfect - great view and short walk to the beach on one side and lots of shopping choices across the street on the other side; close to restaurants, the Wharf Amphitheater, other beaches; adequate parking; and only an hour drive from the Pensacola airport. The property management crew was very professional and helpful with dining suggestions and directions, The only issues were minor - the blender leaked around one side of the base and the bed was a little soft - but I soldiered through it all! I would definitely stay at the property again.

Orange Beach Condo

Overall, we had a very pleasant time. The location of this property is right where you want it to be, and getting to most points of interest is very easy. The condo was clean and was perfect for what we needed it for, cool down, clean up and sleep. I would recommend this condo and location to a couple looking for a great location and clean accommodations.

Christmas getaway...

The property was very nice, clean, efficient and comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the 6th floor. I recommend this venue for a relaxing time at the beach.

Too Close Family Getaway

It was a nice condo but small. The couch is made for 1 adult, possibly 2 small children. My kids are 13 & 14 so they were very uncomfortable on the couch. They also complained that they could hear people talking and making loud noises all throughout the night in the living area where they slept. There is NO reclining chair in the condo, like they spoke about in the listing. The king bed in the master was very comfortable but way too big for the room. You did not have much room at all to walk around the bed or to get in the 1 closet. The condo was clean with no mold or rust. The sheets and towels were fresh and white. The shower was great and the view from the balcony was perfect too! However, the sliding glass door to the balcony and the door to the master bath did not work properly. Management made us aware of these issues as soon as we arrived and told us they planned to have them fixed. I thought maybe they would offer a discounted rate, different room or something but they did not. Also, the bottom shelf on the door of the fridge has duck tape holding it on but at least it was clean inside. I also want to mention that the lady in the front office made check-in a breeze. She was prepared for our arrival, very organized and friendly. However, I must admit that I did not feel that we had enough of the essential items: they gave us 1 garbage bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 towels and 4 washcloths for 4 people to use for 3 days. Needless to say we took lots of showers because it was HOT out there so I had to wash towels every night. They also had signs in the cabinets about what you could and could NOT use while you were there so I did not really feel comfortable using anything. I went to purchase some paper plates, bowls, spoons, forks and the other items I previously mentioned to use throughout our stay. I always try to be respectful of other people's property but I do understand that there are some who do not try to do the same. However, I do think it is important to make your guests feel welcome and at ease while they stay if you want them to rent from you again in the future. Overall, it was a very nice condo quick getaway. I just wish it would've had more room for our family. Unfortunately, we will be on lookout for a bigger condo for our trip back to Orange Beach next year.
