    5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great Family property

Absolutely beautiful property with plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. Beautifully decorated and my husband especially loved the large golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! The home was nicely decorated and clean. We had fun driving the golf cart around. Also great distance from the beach. Management check in on us through text and had great response time. Overall we had great time and will be booking in the future.

Property was nice, golf cart did NOT work and they were UNWILLING to find ANY kind of solution, no exchange with other property, no discount just excuse after excuse. management did not care at all- excuse after excuse with no solution even offered. I own property and would NEVER treat a customer like this there is no excuse of “it’s a holiday”.

We loved the location of the property, the size of the bedrooms, closet space in each room was a plus, and the common area space was great. However, the property was not very clean, the doors and blinds had filth built up like they had never been wiped down. The fixtures had dust and build up, you can tell the cleaners do the minimum to turnover the property. The major issues we had was involving the golf cart. When booked it was marketed with a golf cart, this was an accommodation that drew us to book this particular property. The day before we checked in I completed all the extra agreements and golf cart waiver that was required. I spoke to someone on the phone to be sure everything was completed. When we arrived the golf cart was in the garage parked against the wall. We could not fit the car in the garage due to the cart so we needed to move it. Could not find keys, contacted host and after 30 min was told the golf cart was no longer available, the host could not get in touch with the owner to move it so we could use the garage the entire 6 days we were there. There were multiple conversations back and forth about this. We were told we would receive a partial refund for the inconvenience, however we did not receive it as of today. We would love to receive the partial refund we were promised due to the inconveniences.

Review

The home was nice, however, it was initially difficult to contact management because it was remote. This could partly have been my fault, but the management company was slow to respond and not very helpful. However, when I was able to contact the local management, they were very helpful and prompt in resolving our issues (which could have happened to anyone - a non-functional garbage disposal and broken toilet paper dispenser). Really, my only complaint is minor - they provided 2 trash bags for 11 people to stay for 4 days and 3 nights. It seems that there should at least be one bag for each day/night of the rental. Otherwise, top notch and we really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. Great access to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and beaches.
