- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (shower and WC)

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:

The house is ideally located in Opio, in a residential area. All essential shops are within easy reach by car or bus.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private driveway. It is possible to park three vehicles.
