La proximité de la voie rapide est pratique mais reste quand même une source de bruit. Le trafic y est cependant très réduit la nuit et on dort sans problème les fenêtres ouvertes. Le stationnement est difficile à trouver dans la résidence après 17h et il vaut mieux garder précieusement sa place pour se rendre en ville à pied, en bus ou tram. Tout est...

It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5-10 minute walk from the waterfront, so the location was perfect for both exploring Nice and doing day trips nearby. So many nearby shops, restaurants, and things to do, all walkable. The apartment had everything you could need - full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom.
