"I booked this property less than 24 hours before my arrival. The hist was very responsive and accommodating. The house is just as pictured. We got plenty of use out of the hammock out back. It was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioner in the master was nice, although with a nice breeze, it wasn't needed all night. Would definitely stay again. "

"This was an amazing place to stay. They thought of all the details and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their artistic touches throughout the property made it extra special. "I spent 10 nights here in November. This is a very clean cottage, very well maintained. The owner/host is awesome and was in the area taking care of his other cottages so I spoke with him a couple times. He even stopped by and dropped off a new air fryer for me one day. Worked out great for fish and crabcakes from Pahoa. What’s incredible about this place is the location. "We had such an amazing stay here! My partner and I were in Hawaii celebrating my 40th birthday and this leg of the trip was my favorite. The pictures of this property on the listing do not do it justice. I was blown away by the gorgeous garden that you can tell has been cared for in a major way. If you want to stay in a place where you can be a part of an incredible rain forest environment while still having a nice comfy bed to land in at the end of your day, this is the spot 10/10"
