The domicile is popular due to its view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Shared facilities include a children's playground, a swing, a sandbox, and a table tennis table.

Dobreć, 340 m ASL. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot and woodland plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
