Villa Carmen Opatija is a modern villa that can accommodate up to eight guests in four comfortable double bedrooms. The villa comprises two units. One unit is on the ground floor and consists of a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. This unit has a separate entrance and is not connected internally to the other part of the house. The other unit spans two floors. Part of it is also on the ground floor, comprising a living room, a kitchen and a small guest toilet. An internal staircase leads you to the first floor, where the remaining three bedrooms and a bathroom are situated. Thanks to the villa’s superb location, you can enjoy the enchanting sea view from all the terraces as well as from the lovely swimming pool. Ideal for families who can enjoy a bit of privacy, as well as shared meals al fresco on the covered terrace next to the pool, whilst taking in the beautiful Adriatic Sea.

Villa Carmen Opatija offers Wi-Fi and 5 private parking spaces. Villa Carmen overlooks the famous tourist gem of Opatija. Opatija is Croatia’s oldest tourist centre, with a history dating back to the 19th century, when the Habsburg dynasty turned the town into a destination for the aristocracy. During your stay in Opatija, don’t forget to visit Villa Angiolina, which marks the beginning of tourism in this area, or take a stroll through St James’s Park and Angiolina Park, both of which were built in the 19th century. If you fancy a day out, the Učka Nature Park is not far away. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 500 metres from the villa. This means you can easily immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Opatija or retreat to this villa and enjoy the peace and quiet and the wonderful views.
