"This was a beautiful property surrounded by woods. The beach was lovely to walk and we enjoyed finding sea glass. We also enjoyed using the kayaks that were available. We did think the price was a little high compared to other beautiful lakeside homes that we've stayed at in the past. As mentioned in a different review, the 1500 deposit is a little steep and it is not refunded for 2 weeks after you've checked out. But it is still a great place to stay and I'm sure you will enjoy it."

"The property was exactly as it was described. It is a perfect retreat for two people. They owners literally thought of everything you could possibly need and fit it beautifully into a small space. We particularly loved the two decks and the firepit backing up to a beautiful wooded area. It was a very nice retreat to come home to after exploring the area during the day. The owners were quick to answer any questions and to provide information on the area."

"Very well stocked home, neat and clean. Kitchen has everything needed. Check in was very easy. Everything was as pictured other than the back of the house to the beach area. There is a path through over grown shrubs and roots to the beach. (Being city people it made us uncomfortable to go to the beach after dark) Owner was easy to work with and we added an extra day. Lots to do in the area or just enjoy the house. "
