Jeff, we are so sorry for your negative experience! Thank you for calling our attention to the leaky toilet and slow tub drain. Both of these issues have been resolved. As for the smoke smell, we do not allow smoking on the premises, nor have we ever received guest complaints about smoke smell either prior to or after your stay. Our cleaning staff prides themselves in providing our guests with a clean, fresh environment. Neither of the two cleaning ladies noticed any smoke odor at any time. We also run a HEPA air purifier constantly to help those that might have allergies. Your review was the first time we became aware of any issues with the cottage during your stay. Had we known during your visit, we certainly would have reacted to make things right.
