"I originally had some hesitation after reading older reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead with this stay. The host has clearly listened to feedback and made amazing upgrades. Now all the bedrooms have air conditioning, which made a huge difference—everyone slept comfortably even in the summer heat. They also added a water heater, so we enjoyed nice hot showers whenever we wanted, and we had absolutely no issues with the toilets during our stay.Overall, this home far exceeded our expectations....

"Great hosts, house and location. We were two couples. Everything was perfect for us. Hosts were great knowledge. For a reasonable addition fee they picked us up and took us to Belize City. Would highly recommend staying here. The restaurant / bar on the hill is fantastic!"

"Great home, very clean and organized, loved the kitchen and it's supplies. Love how cold the bedrooms got at night and the living room too. Was a very convenient location to San Ignacio sights as well as driving to the caves and waterfalls. Better directions would be to drive up the hill from Karen's grocery store, turn right, turn left and turn left. The little sign at the end of the road was very helpful."

"Wow! This house is AMAZING! It is the coolest concept design, a stunning location, and the host, Katia and her helper Consuelo did a phenomenal job welcoming us. Communication was top notch. "Perfect from start to finish, and I have never said that in all our travels. We always have "if only they had done this" conversations. We let the chef, Elias, have free reign. He would ask for likes/dislikes, and again, not a single bad meal. Out of 6 adults. Try that at any restaurant. He is also property manager, Betty and two others helping with grounds. "The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"Não é hotel para brasileiros. Sabe hotel precário de beira de estrada, então é pior um pouquinho. Instalações precárias, o teto é tipo de palha e cai uma sujeira em tudo (mala, roupas etc). Banheiro horroroso. Ficamos num dos bangalôs que tinha até um tamanho bom. Mas so isso de elogio. "
