The eat-in kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and an updated tiled backsplash. The bathroom is fully tiled with a granite floor. There are 4 flat screen TV's smart Roku TVs in this apartment - a 55" (or larger) smart Roku TV in the living room with DVD player, and a 43" or larger flat screen smart Roku TV in every bedroom. There is an on-site, shared laundry facility, and a shared game room with a foosball table, ping pong table and large flat screen smart Roku TV.



There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for all the apartments.



I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.



PLEASE NOTE: The pool listed is a community (public-Wilber Park) pool that is approximately 1/2 mile from the location, open seasonally. There may be a fee for access.



There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
