"We set out looking for a large house close to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown that would house our group of 9 family style. This house fit our needs and was more than comfortable. "Key Cottage was charming and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were standout fabulous - modern, great water pressure, and spacious. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing. We loved the location, on a quiet corner in the cute village of Irvington with so much to walk to and do. The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out. "

We had some water issues and the property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. She even brought us some water til everything was resolved.
