The festive living area with a sofa, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Down the hall is the updated kitchen, where you will find stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a chic dining room table that looks out to the pool area.

The primary bedroom is sure to make guests smile with bright dƩcor, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower with fish scale-like tile. The second bedroom has crisp linens and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and across the hall is the third bedroom, perfect for younger guests and shares the hall bath featuring a shower and tub combination.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was a huge hit with our son and the stunning beach was a short walk away. We were grateful for the beach cart and chairs provided. It would be nice if they included a beach umbrella for shade. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was the perfect size. Appliances and furniture seem all new - replaced after the hurricanes last fall. I felt like the home was decently clean, but could use a really deep clean all over - especially the bathrooms and floors. Seems like maybe extra dust from recent construction. It also looked like there were previously curtains on the kitchen sliding patio doors that were missing. The property management company is very quick to reply and I liked that we could text to communicate if something needed fixed, etc. I would definitely recommend this location for your next AMI visit!

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the back yard. Very peaceful and private. I wish I could have lowered the air conditioning below 72ā€¢ because it was still very hot and humid in September. We pretty much lived in the pool! I would definitely visit again, just in the cooler months.

House was decorated so nice with a beach vibe. Beds were comfy and tons of pillows. Pool was amazing! Very short walk to the beach. Took the trolley to explore, stops were so close to the house. Watched the amazing sunset from the beach every night. Was truly a week in Paradise ā¤ļø

Overall it was a good experience. The house was as expected. Could have been a little better appointed and kitchen could have been cleaner. But that being said the short walk to the beach was great. We bought and left two beach chairs because all but one was broken. It was a nice stay overall

Exceeded all expectations

Walking on sunshine was truly walking on sunshine! We had a week of perfect weather and the home exceeded every expectation! The house was exactly as it appeared, a beautifully decorated open space. The pool was pristine! The backyard was truly a private oasis! And the beach was the exact distance stated! So often this is not the case. The home was also in a very central location. We have rented many Vrbos in various locations. Hands down this was our favorite! The management company was truly the best weā€™ve ever dealt with. The only suggestion for improvement would be the alarm to the pool. Totally appreciate for child safety but would be awesome if could bypass if just adults staying there.

Great location and quaint backyard

We loved the locationā€¦close to the beach! Not as clean when we arrived. Floor was dirty and there was no broom for inside or for patio (just a small one with dustpan.) We cleaned our front door windows and patio windows to see out better. We are charged a cleaning fee so thought it should have been cleaner. We felt like the humidity was not taken care of with the ACā€¦mold issues on vents/front door and furniture felt slightly damp. (Owners might want to address so no major problems in future) Beach chairs outside were rusted and dirty so we could not take them to beach. We called maintenance for smoke alarm battery needing changed and low shower pressure, both were taken care of promptly. The patio alarm to disable every single time going in and out was annoyingā€¦I understand the safety aspect but we were all adults and wish there was a way to turn off during our stay. So many positives though!!! Location to the beach is great! We rented bikes and could ride safely off of the main road. Loved the updated decor, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. it was super cute beach decor! The pool was great and we used the available grillā€¦The backyard is a little oasis that we enjoyed! Nice to have the washer and dryer and available beach towels! The property manager responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!!!

Lives up to its name

Very clean, well located, recently updated property. Comfortable beds, perfect private resort like backyard with nice size pool. Pool heating worked great even on the two <50 degree days. Perfect spot for a family. Only recommendations are minor- more kitchen ware, oven mitts, bbq grill needs to be cleaned and ignition repaired

This house met all of our expectations. Great location. Lots of space for 3 couples. House clean and nicely furnished. The backyard pool area is fabulous! Private and beautiful. Golf carting around the island was the way to go. Easy beach access.

Great location, a little short of 5 star

Had a great stay in a great location with a pool. If you expect small condiments like salt/pepper/ketchup/wash powders, etc.. this place doesnā€™t have it. Grounds maint will show up unannounced. Be prepared to see some tree rats in the palm trees by the pool, Lol! Unexpected visitors. Other than that this place was great!

The property was just as listed.

We had a great time even though the weather was less than perfect. The walk to the beach was short and very easy. The bugs were awful! Our first night there we were swarmed by termites in the master bedroom! I really had a hard time sleeping for the next couple of nights. Had to wash the sheets and pillow cases. I called AMI who sent someone out a day later to confirm that it was termites and" welcome to Florida". Not much to do about that but thank goodness it did not happen again! It was so nice to have a pool to cool off in. The pool guy came twice to clean. The back yard is absolutely perfect!

The property is nice and has a very cute decoration. A lot of towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, utensils in the kitchen to cook. The king beds are very comfortables. Smart TV in the living room and rooms. Very close to the beach just one block walking. Big enough for 6 persons. The only bad review I have to give is that the barbecue was not clean and the pool was a little dirty too when we arrived. Overall the cleaning is average.

Great Space and Backyard!

My family (daughter, son in law, 3 kiddos) enjoyed our stay at the house. The layout is great (all one level) with lots of open space and large bedrooms & bathrooms. The backyard makes up for the location which is on a very busy street and close to the road. However, when you enter the home and close the door you dont hear the noise and would not know you are on a main road. The backyard is very private, beautiful pool, lots of outdoor furniture, tiki bar area, great landscaping, etc. We appreciated the amenities such as ample towels, beach towels, plenty of dishes, beach cart and nice beach chairs, etc.. I highly recommend this home.

Much Needed Get Away after 2020

The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 and a very easy walk to the beach, which was initially a concern that I had. It is on the main road, so you would need to keep an eye on little ones, but they would love the pool. Kitchen could use some corning ware and pyrex containers and a few more pots and pans, but otherwise it was a beautiful home. I wish it was ours!!!!! šŸ˜‰

This was a beautiful, well maintained rental property! We loved how updated and clean the house was. The private pool was our favorite! We have a 3 year old, and the busy street was not an issue. We always carried her to the car. Other than that we never went to the front of the property. We enjoyed the pool most of the time!

Great house

Great house and location. Lots of mosquitoes, but thatā€™s Florida in summer. Definitely bring the bug spray, and some citronella candles. The house was very clean and the pool was very nice, though it looked larger in the pictures. Short walk to the beach, very convenient to restaurants. I would say the house needs more cookware. Cooking for six was a challenge with what was available. Definitely could use a larger frypan, and at least one large bowl. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.
