Spacious, comfortable and bathed in light, it's ideal for holidays with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the cycle paths, the beach and the most beautiful landscapes in the south of the Landes. With its garden and cosy living spaces, it offers the perfect setting for a rejuvenating break, between ocean, pine forest and the Landes way of life.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises
- A living room with a kitchen opening onto the lounge/dining room and a dining table seating 6.
- A lounge area with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (140x190) and a television.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200)
- A shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A terrace for you to enjoy the long sunny days with a table and chairs as well as a parasol

The villa is located in Ondres in a quiet, residential area, just 2.6 km from the beach and 2 km from the supermarket.
