Peaceful End-Unit With Panoramic Lake Views! Perfect For All Seasons!

Welcome to the lake! This end-unit townhome is just steps from Mille Lacs Lake and is situated at Izatys Resort.

Our 3 br. 3 ba. unit is ready for you with a fully equipped kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, Cable/Wi-Fi, yard games, board games, patio furniture, charcoal grill, toiletries, and more. We are located on the quiet side of the resort, but still very close to all of the resort amenities.

Take advantage of the beach, pickle-ball courts, marina, golf course, pool, and Club 19 restaurant. Or listen to the waves crash as you read a book. Don't forget about the winter months either! Ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and sitting in front of a warm fire makes for a perfect getaway too.

Whatever you’re looking for, we promise you’ll find it! *

There is space to park a boat, snowmobile, or ATV trailer as well as several vehicles. The unit is located near state parks and entertainment if you want to venture out from the resort.

Laugh with old friends, make new memories, and spend time with family. Great for all seasons. We can’t wait to welcome you!

*Wristbands are now required to access the pool and spa. We will provide 6 wristbands free of charge. Additional wristbands can be purchased from Izatys Hotel front desk. Currently they are asking $15 per day per additional wristband. We will charge a $100 fee for any lost wristbands. Thank you.

*Note, spa, golf course and marina use are booked separately with Izatys Resort and are not included with your stay. We are not affiliated with Izatys Resort. Restaurant, pool/hot tub, and golf course are seasonal. Check with Izatys Resort for the latest. UPDATE: Pickleball Court/Tennis Court/Playground/Pool/Spa are currently closed and will likely not open for the 2025 season.

We enjoyed our stay here. The close proximity to the lake was a plus. The kids enjoyed wading on the beach and finding shells and rocks. The bedrooms were adequate for our 4 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, although not the fault of the owner, Izatys Resort has gone downhill. The pool was not operational. The tennis and pickleball courts were locked up and not available. The restaurant which we enjoyed last year was down to a beer and pizza joint. The dock we rented at the marina was in such disrepair that we had to take a different dock which wasn’t a whole lot better but usable. The hotel staff was rude when I questioned them about all the amenities which were missing. They told me “we’re a golf resort”!The condo was very nice. There was a separate air conditioner in the master bedroom which made sleeping great. The kitchen needs to have updated pots and pans. I realize that it is difficult to maintain good quality cookware when different people are using them and cleaning them but the pans were the nonstick ones and they were scratched and unsafe to use. So, even though the unit itself was comfortable, our family is questioning a return due to the lack of amenities that we had before.

Beautiful family friendly spot

Our stay was excellent. The property is great for families looking for space to run around outside, and enjoy the lake. The bedrooms were also surprisingly sound insulated, great for sleeping babies and toddlers! We would definitely stay again

Great place to stay

The place was very comfortable and clean. We cooked and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views of the lake were awesome. We didn’t take advantage of the outdoors because it was below zero for the majority of the stay so having a fireplace was nice. In fact we asked about more wood and they brought us more. Communication was easy and owners were very nice to work with. I would stay here again.

Returning Vacationers

The house was wonderful. We returned again 2 years in a row and my granddaughter said “we’re going back to our HOLIDAY HOUSE “ so cute. It’s very welcoming and there is nothing we could even think to complain about the home. Everything we needed and more for a week of family memories. The hosts are great, and we just loved our time there…again!

We had a great time at ross’s cabin but the resort was very disappointing The pool was shut down the whole time golf course also shut down and when it opened very expensive for a poorly taken care of course we heard multiple report's on how new owners are doing poor job of keeping it resort it useto be

Family getaway

We gathered our 4 adult kids and a grandcild here for a family getaway. The house was a perfect size and the view was spectacular. I took off one star because while the primary bedroom has supplemental AC, the other bedrooms got really warm at night.

Beautiful, serene location!

We are from Columbus, Oh and came to visit our adult son who lives in Minneapolis. The house was great! The view is even better than what can be reflected in photos. It’s a side unit and feels very private and there is a lot of yard space. Our family enjoyed playing pickleball right across the street. We rented a pontoon boat during the day which was really fun. Sitting at the fire pit at night making s’mores was also great. They have everything you can imagine including a hammock, pickleball paddles, yard games, board games, and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We even met a couple friendly neighbors who were very sweet. It’s a very quiet and relaxing environment but with plenty to do if you want to stay busy. I would definitely recommend and possibly stay here again!

Family Memories

As we sat around the fire on our last night, our Avery (age 4) said she was sad it was over so fast. That is the only negative thing we can say... it went too fast! We loved the house, and the property was just lovely. There was nothing we could think of to say other than "we want to come back!" Nothing we needed that we didn't have, the laundry was SUCH a huge bonus for us since we had 3 adults and 3 littles. We enjoyed it all, Our kids loved the paved driveway and sidewalks to scoot around on their bikes. The shore was fun to look for rocks. We saw eagles, and loons and lots of squirrels and birds. The pool at Izaty's was just fine. Grandma here had to drive, but it IS walkable. The additional AC and fans upstairs were very nice. Everything was clean and it felt like we were staying at a friends place, it was so homey. Thank you so much for sharing your lake place for other families to make memories. This Mimi got to spend some very special days with her grown kids and grand babies... it was just wonderful.
