"The television’s picture wasn’t clear and it would not turn on to a channel. You had to choose the TV choice each time. The rug was torn outside the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were so small, two pillows were like one was normally. The breakfast was the same each morning with not any variation or fruit. All carbs for breakfast. No elevator to the second floor so you had to carry your luggage up a long flight of stairs. The entire experience was mediocre at best. The...

"The TV channels and reception were terrible. All analog. There were lower channels that looked like they were working off a set of Tin Foil antennas. Really need to fix this."
