"Adorable, quiet and comfortable. Small, but cozy. Didn't miss having a TV! Has enough other amenities that you shouldn't want for anything. Plus, there are many convenient stores within minutes. The grounds are lovely and Sunny & Cher, the two cats, will keep you company as you sit outdoors, relaxing. Or feed the chickens, they'll appreciate it. It was a pleasure meeting the owners. Hope to return for another stay."

"That's a perfect place to stay, both for adults only as well as families with small kids. Clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and enough space in one of the bedrooms from put a portable crib if needed. The property is all fenced so you can leave your kids/pets outside without fear of them running out on the street. "We had a really nice stay in Pollock Pines. The house was clean with plenty of beds. The kitchen was very large and completely stocked for all our needs. We even made muffins for breakfast! I contacted the host to clarify check in details and directions before we left, and we had no problems. Kathleen gave us very detailed directions, and she always answered my messages promptly. We had a great time visiting with family!"

"We’re from Los Angeles and didn’t know much about Placerville before our visit, but we were pleasantly surprised. There were plenty of activities nearby, and we enjoyed every single one. The house was spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly. It was also conveniently close to downtown and local attractions.The only thing the house needs is a better WiFi. It’s super slow during our stay."

"The property was perfect for us. It was a great location. Close proximity to the wedding we attended and so many wineries nearby! The place was extremely clean, well decorated, and plenty of room. Les and Sharon were great hosts! Very friendly and so easy to communicate with. Their winery, Element 79 was amazing as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this property!"
