Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 3 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. A beautiful, modern apartment with a pool for four people, is located in the town of Njivice in a newly built apartment house. Apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own swimming pool and garden with deckchairs. It can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms with double beds. The apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room, and a living room with a view of the terrace and garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has heating, and necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.The center of the town and the nearest beach are only 600 meters from the apartment, and there are other facilities nearby that can be of use to you during your stay in the apartment.
