If you want tranquility with access to nice cities nearby this is the place. You are centrally located yet hidden from the tourist crowds.
This Studio apartment is inside of Funky-rustic House and it is availible for individual rent only in period between 8th of July and 3rd of August. In all other dates/periods is rented only together with 2 other apartmentsinside of House. House is on 2 levels, and this apartment is on 2nd level (on same level is Pool).
It is perfect for couple. For child, possible to bring one extra bed. Or cot.
And when you want to cook by yourself, apartment has it's own fully equipped kitchen. Also toillet, bed (180X200), bathroom, AC, satelite TV and balcony.
Around house our property is on 300 m2 and central place on property takes 32m2, private pool which is pleasant for use all the time because it is heated. It is in use for you and people in other 2 apartments in the House (6 more people). Free WI-FI follows you inside house and outside of it. There are also 2 barbecues, garden, vineyard.
So, after spending all they around, you come home and have glass of dalmatian wine on Pool with the beautiful sunset and view over Brac and Hvar. In meantime, your partner is preparing dinner on gril for you.
Free private parking is next to the house.
250 m is walking distance to beautiful stony beach in it's most natural form and untouched form with cristal clear sea perfect for swimming, snorkling, diving, fishing. Or just, resting.
If you don't want to walk, only 2 km away you can get with car on beautiful beach with beachbars in Medici (there is free parking).
Or 12 km away in Omiš, known as Pirate town, where is large, sandy beach and where you can stay for a lunch and dinner in one of many great restaurants with local food.
The area offers an impressive balancing act between Mediterranean coast and high mountains with an interesting flora and fauna.
Through Marušići there are also biking&hiking routes with adorable view. If you come with your bicycle, we have garage where to leave it.
Owners lives in seperate unit so they can be there for you in the case of any need or just to show you great Croatian hospitality or you don't have to see them at all if all that you need and want is privacy.
Shops for daily needs (small grocery store and bakery) are in place. For larger purchases you drive to Omis or Makarska (Lidl, Konzum, Studenac).
Split is 38 km, while Makarska is 20 km away.
