The apartment is located on the second floor, has a balcony overlooking the island of Brac, and during summer nights on the distant lights of Makarska. The house is only 150 m from a small beach and a 350 m from the central beach in Stanici.
Note: Since the house is located on the upper side of the road the beach can be reached by crossing over the road or under road overpasses. Neither one of the Stanici beaches are accessible by car. Access to the small beach is very steep stairs. Also access to the beautiful big beach is by stairs but not so steep.
But just 4-5 minutes driving by car you can reach beautiful beach and park the car almost on the beach.
