Hamilton in heart of Omaha! Multi family and group friendly! The perfect space!!

Perfect location! Come enjoy this 5 bedroom, 2.5bathroom ranch home located in the center of Omaha. No matter what part of Omaha you are traveling to you are only a short drive away! This newly renovated, spacious home will provide you and your guests everything you will need to enjoy your trip. This home can cater to a family with children or a group of friends on a weekend getaway. Guest's will love our memory foam beds, blackout curtains, and bedroom TV's. You will enjoy a large dining table(extra leaf and chairs available in hallway closet) in the kitchen and also outside. We provide 2 pack and plays at all times and a baby gate for added safety measures with little ones.
For guest safety we have to exterior recording devices.
-A ring doorbell camera on the front door that records video and sound 24/7 when activated by motion.
-Security camera located near the back yard gate that records video 24/7 when activated by motion.

Friend Reunion

Mindi's place served as a good base for the reunion of old friends coming from across the country to be together for a few days. The location was good and the neighborhood was safe, and we had enough room in the house to sleep, cook meals, play card games, and explore the sites and restaurants of Omaha. Mindi was responsive to my various inquiries.

Sibling Trip

My wife’s brother and sisters, along with their spouses, try to take an annual trip in honor of their mother who passed away at age 96. This year we chose Omaha to root for the Arkansas Razorbacks at the CWS. We had an amazing time together and the house was a great fit for our needs. Plenty of bedroom, living, and eating space to accommodate the seven of us. The location was great with easy access to the city. Mindi, our host, was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay (which were very few).

45 yr HS reunion

5 of my besties from HS and I got together for the weekend to reunite and rehash good times. We each had a bed and so the house worked out perfectly for us. The kitchen was outfitted well with what we needed (dishes, crockpot, pans, glasses, although we could have used a few more wine glasses. ) as we had potluck appetizers for one of our nights together. Also the LR sectional was our group’s gathering place. Very comfortable! Home was clean (no carpeting!) with mostly newer bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We felt safe in the neighborhood and front porch light came on when we approached the door to use keypad for entry at night. Overall everyone was pleased with our 2day stay here.

Great space for our group

It was so great to stay here on our trip to Omaha. Having so many bedrooms and great gathering spaces made for an easy trip with a large group. Mindi was very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!

Great Stay

The house was nice and big and could easily accommodate everyone in our 11 people stay! It was nice to have a place to eat outside and have a yard for the kids to run around in! It was easy to get ahold of the owner. Overall great stay!

It was perfect for us. Put the teens down stairs & adults upstairs. 2 living areas and plenty of TVs and big kitchen table where we could all eat together. It was very clean and the nieghborhood was very friendly.

Great location and beautiful back yard!

We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The house was just a few minutes away from UNO, grocery stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a couple near parks nearby. The house had all kinds of great amenities and we really appreciated the coffee that was ready for us to brew on our mornings there! There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and coming from a colder climate, we LOVED the back yard! It was large with great grass and allowed us to enjoy the sunshine in Omaha. Mindi was quick to make sure we were comfortable at the house and very easy to communicate with. We’d stay here again anytime. Thank you for helping make our celebration so fun!

Plenty of space

Multi generational family stay and it was perfect! Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds, large kitchen table, and big sectional made for an enjoyable stay. We could all eat together, play games, etc.

Perfect Spot!

Had my family come in town to celebrate and it was a perfect hangout spot for us to stay! Had 4 nephews with us ranging from 2-12yrs and it fit us all perfectly! Location was great, easy to get everywhere in town! Mindi was a great host, and communicated well!

Great Stay with Family in Omaha

We really enjoyed our stay at Hamilton House! We had 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 6mo, 18mo, 4yr) in the house and it was plenty big for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Nicely stocked kitchen so we cooked, grilled, and the kids loved the spacious backyard and patio. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Basement living area was a really great cozy space to retreat to. Location/neighborhood was awesome - near parks and everyone was so friendly! Our host Mindi was exceptional with her communication throughout our stay and with providing recommendations on things to do in the area. We truly felt like no detail was overlooked. Would definitely rebook and stay again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week in Omaha!

Comfy house for mixed-ages family

Our time in Omaha was dependant on finding the right space for our multigenerational family to gather, and everything at Hamilton was just what we needed! We enjoyed the yard and having two living spaces. Bedrooms are a good size. The location and parking were perfect for our group. Mindi was a wonderful host!

Wonderful!

My family and I came into town for state wrestling and having a house close to CHI, Shopping and the wrestlers was so nice! The homes location was perfect! Mindi was equally amazing! We needed to extend our stay and she was easy to work with! She checked in with us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything! She is so kind and thoughtful! We will be staying again next year and probably before then! The home was clean, plenty of room and with that many people (12), enough hot water!! Thanks, Mindi!

Everything was very nice and welcoming. The games and puzzles were perfect for our group. The enclosed backyard was great for the little one to run off energy. The house was great as it was a meeting point for family from across the states.
