Family Fun Oasis: Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade & Ninja Course with 4 Bedrooms!

The 4BR split-level house is located in northwest Omaha, just a couple minutes from the Interstate which makes getting anywhere in Omaha so simple.

The upper main level offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a couch. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the household amenities needed for a comfortable stay. This main level has the master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and full bathroom/double sink. The lower level offers another bedroom with full over full bunkbeds, a pull-out couch, and large utility room with on-site laundry/half bathroom. There are steps to get to the main level.

All tv's in the house are Roku smart tv's for you to hook up to your streaming services. Every bedroom has a television, but we do not provide services or cable.

Outside, you will find your oasis with a great couch set on the upper level with a grill. On the lower deck, you will see the chlorine pool and lounge chairs which is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The pool has been closed for the year and will reopen in May. A few more steps down on the lower-level paver patio you will have a firepit, outdoor dining table, and large hot tub! An open, fenced-in backyard allows room for yard games, and ninja warrior course.

We gladly encourage you to bring along your four-legged friends as we do allow pets (up to 2). We provide one large sized dog kennel located in the garage for you to use. Due to increased cleaning costs and added wear on the property, we do charge an additional fee of $80.

While we love to provide an awesome place for people to have a great time. This house is also in a great neighborhood and the neighbors live here full-time. We like to respect their privacy as well, so we do have strict quiet hours for the outdoor space. Please see additional notes for details.
