7 bedrooms with 3 additional areas for sleeping. Easily fits a large group. 2 bathrooms with showers-only (no bathtubs). Large back patio for hanging out around the firepit, grilling and relaxing.
Large capacity washer and dryer right off the kitchen is included with your stay. Off-street parking and driveway parking available.
Use of 7 passenger mini-van can be added.
The space
Historic 100+ old home that has been updated, but retains all the historic charm. First floor is all common area and 1 bathroom. Second floor is 4 bedrooms, 2 bonus spaces and the 2nd bathroom. The third floor contains a small common area and 3 bedrooms.
Guest access
The entire house is yours to use except for the basement. The door will remain locked with a sign notating that it is for "Authorized Personnel"
There is an underground garage on the property. That is not part of the booking, as it is leased out to a permanent tenant.
Other things to note
The Roku has all your favorite channels pre-loaded. You'll need to sign into your own accounts; Netflix, Disney+, Prime TV, Apple TV or Hulu. There is no cable TV. However, we do provide Discovery+ and Paramount+ for you. Those channels are already logged into our accounts for you to use. The remote is attached to the TV.
