As a self-catering studio, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher.

The studio is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. It is very quiet, set in the rural countryside of Beragh with ultimate privacy.


This studio sleeps 4, in a king bed, a double bed and a double sofa bed

A travel cot and high chair is also available

There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Bedding and towels is washed in sensitive washing powder and sensitive conditioner. Body wash and body lotion is included which is Aveeno for sensitive skins.

A Continental Breakfast is included, which includes local, free range organic eggs.

Local produce for an Ulster Fry is available on request at an extra cost.
